A ten years old system treating the wastewater produced by a winery in Central Italy. Cecchi is a famous wine producer in Italy and the production is certified ISO14001; all the wastewater produced by the "bottling department", located in Castellina in Chianti, Province of Siena, is appropriately treated before to be discharged in a nearby stream by a multistage constructed wetland.

Wetland to treat run-off from deicing operations contaminated with high concentrations of glycol compounds and capable of handling peak flows and loading from winter storms.

Bauduen : a 2-stage Vertical FLow  reed bed filter (French Design) for the treatment of domestic effluent from a village with variable population. A UV tertiary treatment ensures pathogens removal for protection of the bathing area in the lake downstream.

Treatment of aerobically stabilized sewage sludge from an activated sludge plant (“extended aeration”) – 13 000 p.e.

Grenoble – urban park Ouagadougou: a 1 ha urban park with reed bed filters and surface flow wetlands collecting and treating stormwater runoff from the roofs of buildings and from adjacent roads in order to meet irrigation needs of the park and to reduce discharge of stormwater into the municipal sewer system.
