Training

Often a business, organisation or housing development committee may inherit a wetland treatment system. They may have manpower to operate and look after the system but no knowledge of how they work orof suitable maintenance procedures and guidelines.Global Wetland Technology can provide training for operators bespoke to the wetland treatment system they have on site.

This training can be undertaken at all levels depending on requirements. From operations and maintenance activities to support the day to day running of the system or to more detailed process understanding including mechanisms of action, performance monitoring and optimisation. In our experience the better the understanding of the system the more ownership and pride in performance is generated resulting in a system that operates efficiently and closer to its potential.
